Regarding the building on P. Visinskio 17, unfortunately, there is not a lot of information. The architect or the owners are unknown; however, it is believed that the construction date is 1938. The building has a symmetrical front facade with an emphasis on its central axis. The main entrance of the building is from this axis, and instead of a single door, the architect designed a composition with vertical windows on top. These windows provide natural light to the staircase. The building has a semi-basement/ ground floor and two floors on top. There is a small attic window on the left axis, and on the right axis, there is another floor, which is believed that part of the attic converted into an entire floor at this part. It has a mansard roof with skylight windows. On the second floor of the building, there are large balconies on the right and left axes. The balconies have curved edges and metal railings on top of their brick balustrades. Between the windows, there are niches on the first and second floors.
