The building on P. Visinskio 15 is one of the most characteristic examples of the Kaunas modernism. Unfortunately, the architect or the owners are unknown; however, it is believed that the construction date is 1937. The building has a symmetrical front facade with an emphasis on its central axis, which is gradually in front of the main facade. The main entrance of the building is from this axis, and instead of a single door, the architect designed a composition with vertical windows on top. It has a basement, a ground floor, a first floor and an attic, which is believed to be added later. On the first floor, there are balconies at the side axes with curved edges. Since the building is at a corner plot, the balcony at the corner is more specialised. At the corner of the first floor, there are there horizontal stripes, which create a more modernist appearance for the building. Around the windows, there is a frame made of bricks. These frames are also one of the characteristic elements of the language of Kaunas.
