The house on E. Ozeskienes 45 was built in 1932. The owner Antanas Satynskis himself, was living on plot 43, which was built priorly. He built the house on 45 with the intention of renting it out. Both houses were designed by the famous architect of the time, E. Frykas.

The building has three storeys, which is consisted of a ground floor and two regular floors. Each floor of the house has one apartment. Even though the owner wanted to make profits out of this building by renting it out, unfortunately, they were not as profitable as expected. The kitchens of the first and second-floor flats lean against the hillside and therefore have no windows. Furthermore, the house has no courtyard, no standard storage rooms, and a second utility staircase. The building has an asymmetrical facade, which catches the eyes of the observers. The axis, which consists of the main entrance, is higher than the other parts of the facade, which gives it an emphasis. There is a balcony at the corner of the second floor, which has a round edge. However, other parts of the facade contain rectangular forms, which establishes the impression of the cubic design lines of Bauhaus. However, there is also an owl made of plaster on the facade of the building, which gives a different characteristic to the structure.

In 1937, the family decided to sell the property, which had never become a profitable house. However, the structure is well appreciated today due to its exceptional location, unique architectural solutions, and preserved authenticity.
