In loving memory of Cesar Pelli, who believed that buildings should be responsible citizens and that the aesthetic qualities of a building should grow from the specific characteristics of each project such as location, construction technology and purpose. 

Cesar Pelli was convinced “Cities are made building by building, so that each building we make is a collaborative in this great work of art, which is the city.”
