The Guggenbuhl House was built for the painter Walter Guggenbulh Zurich shortly after arriving in Paris. Lurcat exploited the situation of a parcel of very steep angle, having the volume of the housing removed to create street on the basement garage, a large terrace. The building was constructed with reinforced concrete structure has a large studio and a gym on the second floor terrace.
