The building occupies a corner plot at the crossing of the Frankel Leo utca and Fekete Sas utca. The corner is accentuated by a terraced block, with the individual terrace walls painted in different, vivid, warm colors. The apartments are served by two staircases with elevators. The facade is covered with limestone, while colourful ceramic tiles and mettlachi were used for the foyers.
The building is home of a famous cafe, Bambi (or Bambi presszo) since 1961.
