The 12-flat building was constructed on a narrow plot between Hegyalja ut and Aladar utca. The main facade turns towards east, with two parallel vertical strips of terraces. As there is a significant difference between the elevations of the two sides of the plot, the designer placed the entrance and the staircase in the middle, and handled the two adjoining wings separately.

The building received a Prize of Quality from the Ministry of Architecture and Urban Development in 1970.
