The architect's professional character is revealed in his own residential home - harmony of architecture and details, his characterised arches, and decorative elements. The house itself resembles a modern urban villa: a flat roof, windows arrangement in straight lines, a large balcony, and arches. A house is also a great example of balancing between functionalism and still having decorative elements.

He installed a Renaissance-inspired Garden that included a circular fountain near the house. Also, the sculpture depicting a mother with a baby in her arms by the sculptor Bronius Pundzius was attached to the outer wall of the house after the architect's son was born.

The authentic wooden staircase balustrade with terrazzo steps and landings, arcades and balconies have been preserved. Parquet, ceiling trims, beautiful wardrobes and an oven also remain to this day. In 2015, By the decision of the European Commission, 44 Kaunas interwar modernist architectural objects have been added to the list of the European Heritage Label, including the Kudokas family house which now allows enthusiasts to book a stay at this villa and feel the authenticity of Kaunas' XX Century modernism.
