1 of 7Urbipedia

The Town Hall was built at the request of socialist mayor of Boulogne-Billancourt, André Morizet, by architect Tony Garnier , assisted by architect Jacques Debat-Ponsan (brother of the mayor). It consists of two buildings where each part represents a specific function. The receiving part is south and administrative north.

To differentiate the two sides and therefore the two functions of the mayor, the architect difference the two buildings through color and materials.
