This two-story building was commissioned in 1930 by doctor Benjaminas Zacharinas. It was designed by engineer-technologist Leonas Ritas. It is a building with a modernist appearance, the architecture of which is dominated not by quoting historical styles, but by a new aesthetic. The composition of the building is irregular, the plan is elongated. The exterior is simple and laconic. The rectangular volume is divided by wide window openings, which in some places are emphasized by horizontal lines at the bottom. Such a simple composition is complemented by a small angular Avant-corps, which, being higher than the rest of the volume of the building, resembles a turret. The appearance of the side part is diversified by two small balconies with metal railings. After the building was built, it housed a small private hospital.
