The building on P. Visinskio 18 is one of the fascinating structures of Kaunas. Unfortunately, there is not much information regarding the architect or the owners; however, it is believed that the construction date is 1938. The building has a basement, two regular floors and an attic. It has an asymmetrical front facade with a two-storey high arch at the corner. Next to the arch, there are three windows on each floor. The main entrance of the building is from this portico, which is three steps higher from the street level. The portico area has another arch from the other facade as well, which makes it look like an Italian loggia. On this left side facade, except for the three regular windows, like the ones at the front facade, there are three narrow and vertical windows, which are also two-storey high. These windows are believed to provide natural light to the entrance hall and the staircase. On the right-side facade, there are two balconies. There are also balconies at the back facade of the building.
