Z. Rinkselio nuotrauka, 2019 m.

The building on K. Donelacio 47 was built in 1938. The architects of the structure were R. Steikunas and I. Braude, and the owner were the Zubriai family. However, there is no more information regarding the owners. The building has a semi-basement/ ground floor and two stories on top. At the semi-basement, there is the boiler room, a room for the coal/fuel, four storage rooms for the people who live in the flats, and two rooms for the handyman and a toilet. On the upper floors, there are five-roomed apartments with a kitchen, bathroom and a cellar connected to the kitchen. At the front facade of the building, the main entrance is at the side, with seven small windows on top. In between the windows, there are transoms which establish a horizontal emphasis. Between the windows of the building, there were horizontal stripes made of plaster in its original project, which aimed to accentuate the general horizontal emphasis of the building. However, they do not exist today.
