The building permit for the house on plot 61, which is at one of the corners of Donelaicio Street, was started to be planned in early 1930. However, it was issued in the middle of 1934. The owners of this small house are Petras Guzas and Antanina Guziene, and the architect is Algirdas Salkauskis. The building has a ground floor, which is also a semi-basement, and two floors on top. In every floor, there are two small flats.

The main facade is asymmetrical and divided horizontally. The ground floor/semi-basement combination works as a plinth for the rest of the building. While the windows on the first floor and ground floor are on the same axis and larger, the windows on the second floor are smaller. The windowsills on both floors are continuous, and they work as moulding between the floors. The main entrance is recessed, with small balconies on its vertical axis. The horizontal division is repeated in the courtyard facade as well. In this back facade, the windows of the first and second floors are almost identical, except for the balcony area. The side elevation has a three-wall bay window on the second floor, which looks down the side street. In 1939, an unapproved construction project was drawn to add a third storey, which would have replicated the second window band; however, it was not constructed.

The building is still used for its original purpose.
