The building on Vaizganto 14 was built in the 1930s; however, there is not enough information regarding the specific built year. The known facts about the building are that the architect of the design is K. Dusauskas-Duz, and the famous Lithuanian political figure Juozas Purickis lived in this building from 1932 to 1934. It has a semi-basement and three storeys on top at one side of the central axis, and on the other side, there are four storeys. The main entrance is from the central axis, and it is at the same height as the four-storey part of the building. It is gradually in front of the main facade surface, which accentuates it. The transition between the main facade and the mass of the staircase was achieved by curved edges. It has three large windows on top of the door, which provides natural light to the staircase. While there is a smaller eave at the three-story part of the mass, the four-storey part and the central axis have more extensive eaves compared to it. At the side facade of the four-storey mass, there are balconies on the third and the fourth floors.
