The building on the plot of Kestucio 67 was constructed in 1938. The architect/civil engineer of this house, Leiba Zimanas, was one of the Jewish architects who designed Kaunas' interwar modernist buildings. The owner of the building was the Cencriperiai family.

The building has a ground floor, two regular floors and an attic. However, the back facade is one floor higher than the front facade. The front facade has a modernist expression which contains ornaments as well. It is symmetrical around its central axis, which contains the main entrance of the building. There are three porthole windows on top of the door and horizontal strip bands next to the door on the ground floor. It is relatively higher than the other axis, which emphasises the entrance. At the eastern axis of the building, there is a passageway toward the backyard. Between the windows at the front facade are two threaded columns, and between the columns, there are relief rectangles with vases with plants.

The back facade has a relatively simple expression. It has six balconies at the original part of the building and two French balconies at the later addition.

Today, the building is still used for residential purposes.
