The structure is located at the intersection of Traku and V. Mykolaicio-Putino Streets. Therefore, it has two representative facades. While the facade at Traku street is asymmetrical, the one facing V. Mykolaicio-Putino is symmetrical. It was constructed with brick and plastered. Unfortunately, there is not much information concerning the building except its construction date, 1934. The building has a semi-basement/ ground floor and two storeys on top. The main entrance is not a part of the composition, but it is in the form of a single door. It has two corner windows at its south facade and three small windows between these corner windows on both the first and second floors. In the back garden of the buildings, there are two small storage units, which were constructed of brick.
