The building on plot 14 of Traku Street is one of the lesser-known modernist buildings in Kaunas. However, it uses the modernist language fully. The construction year of the building in 1937. Unfortunately, the architect or the first owner of the building is unknown. While it has a semi-basement/ ground floor, three regular floors and a small attic from the street facade, at the back facade, the attic appears to be an entire floor. The front facade consists of five main axes. The first, central and fifth axis is relatively behind the second and fourth axes. The main entrance is from the central axis, and it is smaller than the other volumes. However, it is also higher than the other axis, which accentuates it. Instead of designing a single door, the architect used a composition with six windows on top at the main entrance. The corner of the second and the fourth axes are rounded, which creates a smoother transition between the neighbouring axes. Windowsills are continuous, and there are facade long lines on top of the windows as well. Therefore, the building has a relatively horizontal emphasis. There is also thicker moulding between the ground floor and the first floor. The backyard facade is not as expressive as the street facade and has fewer elements. However, different from the front facade, the back facade contains six small balconies.

Today, the building is still used for residential purposes.
