The summer house of the V. Landsbergis family was built in 1938 on plot 5 at J. Biliuno street. However, the owners could not enjoy the building long. During the war, the house became a shelter from the bombs falling in the city. During the German occupation, the Landsberg family hid Bela, the daughter of doctor Frumos Gurviciene, who was rescued from the Kaunas ghetto.

After the war, the house was nationalised, and the town's pharmacy was set up there. Today, the house is once again owned by the Landsberg family. At the initiative of Birute Landsbergyte-Cechanaviciene, literary and musical evenings are organised here.

The green-painted house can be regarded as relatively small. It has a ground floor and an attic which is hidden under the slope of the roof. At the eave of the roof, there are wooden ornaments, and there is a small ornamented circle window which opens to the attic. The attic has a large balcony on one side of the house. The windows on the ground floor are small and have wooden shutters. Furthermore, the facade is covered with wooden cladding.
