The project was made by Bozidar Jankovic, Branislav Karadzic and Aleksandar Stjepanovic a team that planned several housing projects with accompanying buildings and constructed the Faculty of Dramatic Arts. They valorised architecture with expressive materials (rough concrete, brick, dyed linen).
