This three-story building with a basement was commissioned by Malke Bruskiene. It's a sleek, streamlined, and modern looking masonry building with a plastered facade which stands on a triangular corner plot at the intersection of K. Donelaicio and E. Ozeskienes streets. The building was designed and built in 1933. The main features of the building's exterior are its clear, rational design with a large curved central part and wide rectangular windows. The modernity of the building is also emphasised by two corner entrances, with bold portals and vertical, abundantly glazed staircase openings. The facade of the building consists of two main sections: the lower one has the first floor, where, as usual in buildings in the city centre, public institutions were usually located, and the upper one has two residential floors. This is also reflected in the appearance of the building. The first-floor part is dominated by horizontal division with lines of various sizes, rectangular windows, and wall planes. Meanwhile, vertical partitioning prevails in the upper floors. The upper part of the building is highlighted by a wide strip of cornice. The rear facade is simpler than the main facade and is complemented by two bold, deep balconies. The first floor was occupied by commercial establishments, the second floor was for rent, and the third floor was occupied by the owners of the building.

Due to its monumental and modern-looking volume, it is one of the more interesting buildings of the Kaunas city centre built in the early 1930s.

The architecture of the building has remained little changed since its construction and its facade was recently repainted. Commercial establishments are currently operating in the building.
