This stylish and modernist-looking three-story building with an attic was designed by civil engineer Jonas Krisciukaitis, who received his professional education after graduating from the University of Lithuania in Kaunas. The exterior of the building consists of strict geometric shapes that create a modern aesthetic. The largest windows are horizontal in shape. The windows in the corner are angular, with slightly curved edges. Perhaps to match the curved corner section, the two bold balconies on the main facade also have curved edges. It complements the exterior of the building. The other windows on the main facade are vertical and narrow. The main entrance, located away from the central axis, is highlighted by a canopy. The exterior of the staircase above it is broken up by square windows with horizontal lines between them. The rear facade, which is not visible from the street, is, as usual, simpler in appearance.
