A few years later, after Arnas Funks designed the building on plot 51, another building was constructed on plot 55, which was designed by him. An almost four-storey house was cleverly integrated into a small plot, although it was actually a two-storey house with a plinth and an attic. There were two apartments designed for rent on the first and second floors and one on the attic floor. The flats designed on the first two floors had a living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a room for the servants. The flat in the attic had three rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a room for a servant as well. There were also two garages at the back facade of the house, which was part of the semi-basement. On this semi-basement, there was room for storage, a boiler room, and a small flat for the handyman with its own toilet. The edges of the building were curved, which gave it a modernist look. Furthermore, there was a horizontally divided vertical staircase which was the highlight of this building. The main entrance, which opens to the staircase, had a similar pattern with the staircase itself, which established a beautiful composition.
