This building was built in 1935. It has a modern, slightly decorative appearance. The exterior is divided by rows of vertical windows, which are enhanced by profiled decorative lines. An important highlight of the building is the three-story cylindrical turret divided by vertical windows. Perhaps to enhance its dynamic appearance, the plinth and the upper part of the turret are surrounded by small horizontal bands, which follow the rounding of this part. The part of the main entrance, located on Lydos Street, is also quite ornate. Here, the entrance is distinguished from the general appearance of the building by bold multi-step stairs and a portal, which is decorated with bands of a floral motif. As usual, the owners of the building lived on the second floor, and the first floor was rented. Currently, the building houses a legal office.
