The building which is on the plot of A. Mickevicius 47 was owned by P.P. Drezel Lunciene and Maksimas Lunco. It was designed in 1938 by the already distinguished architect of residential houses - Leiba Zimanas. In the original project, the building has a basement, a ground floor and two regular floors. However, at present, the building also has a third floor as well. On each floor, there are two apartments which contain three and four rooms. At the front facade of the building, the main entrance is at the central axis. This axis has five small windows, which are vertically located. There are horizontal stripes on the ground floor, which were made of plaster. Furthermore, between the window groups, there are vertical stripes. At the two sides of the entrance door, there are circular columns, which creates an emphasis. There is a passageway to the backyard from the south axis of the building. While the front facade is relatively simple without much movement, the back facade has four balconies.
