In 1933, one of the K. Buga street high-rise buildings was used for living and renting. Elzbieta and the director of the tax department Mikas Bliudziai were the owners of the house. The modernist house was designed by the architect Nikolajus Maciulskis, the author of various well-known buildings in Kaunas. In the list of his works: cinema "Romuva", textile factory "Kaunas Fabrics", Church of Petrasiunai, house of P. and A. Galaunes, etc. A spacious four-room apartment with windows to all four sides of the house is designed on each floor of the house.

The three-story residential house is interesting for its front facade window arrangement, which can be divided into three parts: on the right part of the house, three narrow sills windows, the middle part has an illusion of windows climbing up like steps - it is also interesting that this arrangement is in the staircase area. In the right part of the building, there is one, however a more massive window. The playful and intriguing design of the house was sure to catch the eye of any passers-by!
