Hotel Skampa is situated near the center of Elbasan city, in 'Qemal Stafa' boulevard. It is an 9 storey building with 99 rooms in it. The ground floor is organized with shops and each of them has an independent entrance outside the hotel and not connected with the main entrance of the hotel.
