Klement Koloneci was born in 1948 in Tirana. He graduated in architecture in the Polytechnic University of Tirana in 1971. He has been the director of the National Institute of design and has given his contribution in several projects in all Albania. After 1990 worked for several years abroad and from 2006 he founded his architecture studio in Tirana.
