Multiple apartment and office building near the arterial thoroughfare leading from the north to the Ljubljana city centre was developed as a key stone of the new urban planning policy for this road. The building in full brick was supposed to establish a new order in the construction along this street, but now it stands as a reminder of the then possible order. The building's apartments are highly diverse; some of them are even designed according to the owners' individual wishes. This fact is not shown on the outside. Even if the building's apartments vary in size and standard, the building is uniform, collective and equally popular among all its residents. The building was designed in collaboration with Marko Studen, Scapelab.
