Although it looks like one building, it is actually two attached houses. The left one belonged to the Beilė and Benjaminas Baronai family, and the right to Irena and Kazimieras Sienkevičiai. The latter, who was a well-known civil engineer in Kaunas at that time, designed these two buildings in 1938. The construction of the buildings started in the same year and was completed in 1939. According to the original designs, there were to be 6 apartments inside both buildings with a total of 21 rooms.

The two attached houses are very similar in appearance. Both are made of bricks, are two stories high, have a similar volume and are almost identical in appearance. The exterior of the buildings is simple and modern, typical of other objects of such function designed by Kazimieras Sienkevičius. The exterior is dominated by simple geometric shapes, which create a minimalist appearance. The main facade consists of wide rectangular windows in the corners and smooth walls on the sides. The central part, which connects the two buildings, is emphasized by several rows of vertical windows and by one of the entrances to one of the buildings, which is marked by two columns and a small canopy. The staircase in the center is emphasized by five horizontal windows. Another entrance to the other building in the corner, emphasizes the asymmetry and has a similar appearance to the one in the center. Only here the staircase is marked by three circular windows. The appearance of the houses has not changed much, but it is not well maintained.
