The two-story summer house, which was built in 1926, has a symmetrical rectangular volume with ridges on the edges. On the sides of the main facade, three-walled risalits rise above the roof and are crowned with turrets which create a romantic image of the building. On the second floor of the house, the buildings are connected by a gallery (formerly open, glassed during the Soviet era). It fulfils the purpose of a corridor - it was possible to enter the rented rooms of the summer house through the gallery.

The house belongs to a rare type of wooden house in Kaunas - summer houses built in the former resort of Panemune. It still has the original overall look, some of the authentic details and window frames.
