The building on A. Mickevicius on plot 43 was built in 1932. Unfortunately, there is not much information about this structure regarding its architects and owner. The building has a semi-basement and two regular floors. The entrance is from the right axis of the front facade, which is part of a composition rather than a single door. It has four small windows on top of the door, which provide natural light to the staircase. At its front facade, there are continuous windowsills on the ground and first floors, but at the same time, there are continuous lines on top of the windows as well. Therefore, the building has a horizontal emphasis. At the side and the back facade of the building, at the left axis, the structure has one more floor. Furthermore, there is a balcony at the back facade on the first floor. The handrails of the building consist of horizontal parallel metal, which gives a modernist look to the balcony. There is also a small niche at the back facade on the ground floor.
