Arcostrasse in Berlin-Charlottenburg is located at the Spree river. The site is marked by a great mix of sport, carpentries, and cafes, which shall be preserved throughout the development. The proposal will provide loft typologies to maximize the potential of the site with adaptable structures like large windows, open spaces allowing to be reconfigured over time. Construction and utilities are condensed to an inner core leaving remaining floor space open for interpretation and redefinition.
