The most important work of Zlokovic is the building of the University Children's Hospital in Belgrade, which was created in 1933. Head of the University Children's Hospital Professor Dr Matthias Ambrozic began to address the issue of building a large Children's Clinic. For this purpose he traveled in Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands studying there the modern building system for pediatric clinics.

University Children's Hospital was built between Pasteur and Tirso streets as part of the University Clinical Center complex at the Medical Faculty in Belgrade. On the southeast facade of the building Zlokovic projected sunny terrace for patients. The building occupies a dominant position in relation to the Boulevard Oslobodenja. Northwestern facade is today directly oriented towards the complex City Center for Physical Culture "Stari DIF".

The context of the building is disturbed by several inarticulate constructions and glazing parts of the clinics. Primary skeletal structures is derived of a module 60M where the value of M is 10 cm. The resulting ranges are of 6 m, further interpolation of the value ranges in the volume of 60M/2, 60/3, 60/6 and 60M/12. The main structure of columns, beams and slabs are made in reinforced concrete framed structure allowing flexible position walls and placing openings and communication. Basic types of windows are composed of two elements: window and oberliht. These window units are repeated in all the wards, with holes positioned around the horizontal Zlokovic has introduced important feature - the openings on the facades are designed in accordance with the size and purpose of the rooms that brings additional illumination. With this aspect he fulfill hygienic application of isolation and opened the accommodation rooms on terraces.

The clinic was built in the years during the Second World War, then was badly damaged in the bombing of Belgrade and was renovated and completed in the postwar period. It is badly maintained and almost ignored in the following years.
