Founded in 2009 by Derek Lamberton, Blue Crow Media is an independent publisher dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed and carefully curated city maps. Since 2015 they have published a series architecture and design guide maps. The New York Times describes the maps as "part design manifesto, part urban architecture guide".

The majority of maps celebrate Brutalist and concrete architecture, from London to Tokyo. The maps are available in independent bookshops worldwide. The Modernist Belgrade Map / Modernisticka mapa Beograda feature the most iconic and remarkable examples of Modernist (including many Brutalist beauties) architecture in Belgrade, this two-sided bilingual guide includes a map, an introduction by Ljubica Slavkovic, details of fifty buildings, and photographs by Relja Ivanic.
