The building was built in 1913 in Herceg Novi, and demolished in 1979 earthquake. A number of repairs and reconstructions were carried out, which did not work successfully, so that the building was completely obstructed and demolished. The park of the hotel "Boka" remained and serves as a justification for a new reconstruction and maintenance of that time in an environment that lives thanks to the world of the people who come here.
