Elderly Home is located at the narrow plot in Goriska Brda. It is situated just between the main road and the slope of the vineyard. The placement of the object did not allow a lot of options. The building is composed of different layers: rooms are oriented to the southeast; hallways and service spaces on the northeast side. The main facade presents clear structure with the balconies in the entire length of the building. Longitudinal facade of balconies is partly interrupted by partitions which gave the opportunity for the privacy of the residents.
