Description Change this

The building uses the cantilever to form an inverted pyramid (similar to City Hall Boston9, 10.11), all placed on a pedestal vitré12. This choice corresponds to the application of a "testimony of contemporary architecture" formulated by the Ministry of Culture (then headed by André Malraux), responsible for the control of ouvrage9.
The set measures 20 meters high, over six floors, and occupies a square on the ground 60 meters côté13, for a total of 27,600 m2 of floor.
