With its 94 meters tall and 28 floors is the fifteenth highest building of the Spanish capital. It was designed for residential purposes. Since its construction it was preceded by an intense controversy about its location next to Parque del Retiro in Street Menendez Pelayo, wracking panoramic view of the famous Puerta de Alcala.
Although unappreciated by citizens, Valencia Tower has been considered a great architectural work of the time, endowed with a very original design and interiors that show an important study work.
