The building represents one of the best examples of national style in Slovenian architecture and it's decorated in the Slovenian national colors. Geometric ornaments in red, white and blue color represent the motives of Slovenian iconography: a stylized landscape of pine forests, wheat fields and vine motif and wife in the Slovenian national costume. The interior is illuminated through the glass ceiling, consists of a small blue glass squares that form a mosaic. The facade is adorned with a series of abstract decorative motifs, which can be interpreted as a stylized carnation flower.
