In 1973, Castillo proposed the creation of the first specific community and the primitive model for the communities during the 80's. The project consisted of a group of 25 one-floor dwellings. Emphasis was placed on the overall impression of the complex, rather than the individuality of each dwelling, and this effect has increased over time with the growth of vegetation.
