Vici was born in 1927 and he belongs to a dynasty of architects from around 1600. He has professional studio in Rome. After graduating, he began the profession in cooperation with works, simultaneously with completion of his professional career. He knows Corbusier and Alvar Aalto. He is architect of the Astronomical Observatories of Rome and Lazio and of Propaganda Fide, for which he created numerous works (Auditorium, Rector - Library, Conference Centre PUU). He is a Consultant of Sacred Art of the Central Committee and member of Italy l'Association Internationale Le Corbusier. From 1992 to 1995 he collaborated with the Project Office of the Governorate of S.C.V. In 2002, his personal library is declared of "great historical interest" by the Archival Superintendency of Lazio (Ministry of Heritage and Culture).
