The "Josip Broz Tito" SKJ Political School in Kumrovec is a large residential education complex built in the late Yugoslav period. Designed by architects Danilo Cvjetković and Miomir Lužajić, it was completed in 1981 and financed by the League of Communists of Yugoslavia (SKJ).

The building was intended for theoretical communist education and political training, linked to the ideological legacy of Josip Broz Tito. It consists of a long, low modernist structure with extensive accommodation, classrooms, and large communal spaces.

Following the breakup of Yugoslavia, the school was closed in 1990. During the 1990s it was temporarily used for military purposes and later as accommodation for refugees from Vukovar, at which point it was renamed “Hotel Zagorje”. After the early 2000s it was abandoned and has since fallen into severe disrepair.
