This Project started with a conceptual proposal for facades and interiors establishing a dialogue with the ratio of a busy street, in which the building is located, and its transition to the calm landscape of the forest at the back of the building. The vertical strips in wood and white aluminum at the bottom of the building establishes a transition between the inside and outside, filtering the street ratio and the garden situated at the ground floor strengthen this transition. The retreat of the building access allows the redevelopment and expansion of the sidewalk, wich encourages the use of bicycles to the shift in the neighborhood and in the city, planned by the project. The facade was crafted to unify balconies, windows and the ground floor in a same layer, treating their materiality and colors as a main character. All 20 apartments have flexible plans for 2,3 or 4 rooms, with 2 extra bathrooms, in a range that goes from 100m2 to 130m2, plus 17m2 of front balconies.
