Location of the building is on a difficult point where it meets the historical center of Koper. Configuration of building volumes, which followed the geometry of the circumferential road, exposes the identity of the corner. The difference in height dimensions of individual volumes illustrates the transition from a historic city center to the sealing of the 70s.
