The Loja Botanica is a plant shop located inside the Museum at Inhotim in Brazil. The design of the shop was inspired by an original desk which use has been transformed.

The shop is a new construction and has newly opened, it is composed of three pieces of concrete: the first two are the supports (aided by a column of circular section) and the third is a space coverage, which has no locks. Briefly, the store is a covered terrace.

The simple angular configuration of the three flat wall planes and roof give definition to the space and therefore, provide structure to the displays of plants and related products. The floor is constructed from rough cut stones, lending itself to an organic quality which is in contrast to the angular elements of the shop walls.
