An industrial building dating from the 1950s was adapted to accommodate the house, museum and studio of the fashion designer Zandra Rhodes. Legorreta + Legorreta's aim was to relate the architecture to the Zandra's design which is demonstrated by the color of the facade shows, an explosion of light and energy within the urban context of London, which was very well received by the public.

Interior spaces have been developed in different stages, keeping the philosophy of color and energy and providing possibilities for different uses of space to respond to the dynamic program.
