The Daneri House is situated on a plot located beachfront on the edge of the coastal road linking Mar de la Plata. The draft, presented in 1943, solves the housing program bringing the house above the natural ground. It is developed symmetrically into two parts: on one side, the living and dining rooms, and the other bedrooms. The Daneri house, away from the purest rationalist aesthetic, ends up being an exercise of common sense and realism with a strong emphasis on the simplicity of the organization and a use of textures and materials.
