The residential building very well known with the name "Cafe Flora" is a six floor mixed used building. It has five residential floors and the ground floor is used for shops and a bar from which this building has the name. It is located in the center of the city of Tirana, in the beginning of Durresi Street in the intersection with Mine Peza Street.
