GOSPROM BuildingGOSPROM BuildingMark Felger studied at the Academy of the Arts in St. Petersburg from 1901-12.
His major projects included the Gosprom building complex (with Samuil Kravets and Sergei Serafimov) located in Freedom Square, Kharkiv, Ukraine and the Residential buildings of the textile workers' cooperative in St.Petersburg 1930.
