Eugen Kramar (5 May, 1914 in Devicie - † 30 December 1996, Bratislava) was a Slovak architect and university professor.

Kramar taught from 1947 to 1950 as a professor at the Technical University of Bratislava. He was politically persecuted in the 1950s and was rehabilitated in 1967. Between 1971 and 1983 he designed a number of public buildings in Bratislava, including the central post office, also the home of the composer Jan Cikker, which is now a museum, and the FIS Hotel in High Tatras.
